Cita Coffee

Terms of Use

Real People, Real Dates.

Effective September 20, 2026. These Terms are between you and WeMake, Corp., operating CitaCoffee.com from San Diego, CA.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and able to form a contract. You will not create an account if you are a sex offender, if you have been banned, or if you are using the service for anyone other than yourself. One person, one account. Keep your password to yourself.

2. The product

Cita Coffee is for meeting real people nearby (about 50 miles). You post an offer or ask, someone accepts with a live camera photo and a time, then you find each other on a live map. There is no chat after accept. Live photos are required to post or accept. We do not run criminal background checks. Use your own judgment when you meet.

3. Your content

You own what you post. You grant WeMake, Corp. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display it so we can operate the service. That license ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for copies we keep for safety, legal, or backup needs as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not post anyone else’s private contact details.

4. Prohibited conduct

Do not: harass, threaten, or stalk; scam or solicit commercially; use fake photos or a fake identity; post sexual content involving anyone 17 or under; share others’ private information; scrape the service; or use Cita Coffee for anything illegal. We may remove content or accounts that break these Terms. We may keep limited records after a ban for a safety window, then delete what we no longer need.

5. Subscriptions

Free accounts can use the core feed. Premium unlocks extra preference controls and longer offer windows. If you subscribe, the plan renews until you cancel. Card collection, when offered, is handled by our payment processor — we do not take PAN or CVV on this site. California subscribers: You may cancel your subscription, without penalty or obligation, at any time prior to midnight of the third business day following the date you subscribed. Email help@citacoffee.com with “Cancel” and the email on the account. App Store purchases (when available) must be canceled through Apple.

6. Safety

Meet in public. Tell a friend where you are going. We are not a party to your meetup and are not liable for other users’ conduct. We do not run background checks. Report abuse to help@citacoffee.com.

7. Closing or banning an account

You can ask us to close your account at help@citacoffee.com. We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these Terms. After close or ban, limited records may be kept for safety, then deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, WeMake, Corp. is not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continued use after that date means you accept the update.
