Cita Coffee

Privacy Policy

Real People, Real Dates.

Effective September 20, 2026. WeMake, Corp. (“we”) operates CitaCoffee.com from San Diego, CA. This policy covers the Cita Coffee web app.

1. Who we are

WeMake, Corp. is the company that runs Cita Coffee. Questions: help@citacoffee.com, San Diego, CA.

2. Who can use Cita Coffee

Cita Coffee is for people 18+ only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn an account belongs to a minor, we delete it.

3. What we collect

4. How we use it

We use this information to run matching and meetup flows, keep the 50-mile feed honest, send meetup reminders, prevent abuse, and contact you about your account. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. What other people can see

Other users see your bio and profile photos, and an active offer you post. They never see your email, phone number, or home address. Location is used to compute distance. After you accept a meetup, the other party can see live map pins for that meetup. Premium hide-profile and your filters can further limit who sees you.

6. Sharing

We share data with service providers who host the app, process payments, and help with safety or legal requests. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect people from serious harm. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the CCPA/CPRA.

7. Your rights

You can know, access, correct, and delete your information. Update most profile fields in Me. To get a copy of your data or delete your account, email help@citacoffee.com. We will verify it is you before we act. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including to know, access, correct, and delete personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell or share your personal information).

8. Retention, including after you close or we ban an account

We keep account and meetup records while you use Cita Coffee. After you close an account, or after we ban one, we may keep limited records for a safety window to investigate abuse, fraud, or harm. We then delete or de-identify what we no longer need, except where law requires a longer hold (for example, tax records if you paid). Live photos are kept to operate the product and are removed with the account, subject to that safety window.

9. Safety reports

If someone reports you, we may review your account, photos, and meetup history. Report abuse to help@citacoffee.com.

10. Changes

We will post updates here with a new effective date. Material changes get a notice in the app or by email when we have one.
